There is so much time wasting online places and time consumed with these people. This has happened to me before with them, taking 3 days of back and forth. I get an email that I will have a :ticket" so log into the "webroot dashboard." I was unable to log into the dashboard, since for me, anyway, this was another example of their dysfunctionality.
Webroot customer service number password#
So I select "forgot password." No password reset sent to my email address. I AM POSITIVE IT WAS THE CORRECT PASSWORD. The password I entered some months ago was not valid. I pray that this complaint does not fall on deaf ears. I am disabled and live on a very fixed income so this was very devastating to my financial needs. I do feel however that this ******* and the people that *** or *** not work for them should be held accountable for their actions. I feel sick about this and am willing to take responsibility for my uninformed part. I had to cancel my credit card and have another sent to me since I'm not sure who the actual ******* of : *********** on ********************** is or who it belongs to. He went as far as to call me from 3! different numbers. Now, I had already informed ****** that I would consider the amount for the offer which was a mistake apparently because he called me consistently asking me for the money. I decided to have my computer checked out locally and to my somewhat not surprise I found out that nothing was wrong with my drives however, I had a virus on my computer (go figure). ******* solution was to try and sell me yet another lifetime program for guess what amount? YES! $499.

It was to my surprise that about 6 months ago ****** started telling me that my drives were failing and that was the reason for my computer slowing. I contacted ****** every month on the 8th to have my computer checked for viruses. I was informed by ****** that he could provide me with a lifetime service of cleanup and security for the amount of $499 lifetime! I thought Webroot had been great why not.

I was a client of Webroot and made a phone call on to renew my service for the year when I was greeted by a rep name *********************** (Probably not real name).
